Fun Anne Fogarty fact: “In 1959 she wrote a book, Wife Dressing, in which she gave advice on how to dress to please a man.” Giggle. Oh, the 50s. This dress is stunning and if you’re a man and it pleases you, buy it and wear it, you’ll look great! I adore the stunning watercolour print. It’s such a light and lovely summer delight! -
I tend to find inspiration in the sneak peeks of the lives that random people share on the internet.
For instance, @bohemea365 ( @lesbeehive ) struck me with her beautiful way to depict her own feminine body. I asked her for permission to use her picture as reference for a study, and not only did she say yes, but the study became a more complex piece in which I learned a lot about depicting subtleties, water and the female body.
